Sparring Sessions : These are just some Random pics of sparring sessions, usually before upcoming fights or just light sparring in class. Some were taken at REVOLUTION, others at LDMA in Sherwood. We frequent LDMA in Sherwood often for new training partners and just to have a fun night of training. Jessie, "Tha BodyRocka" Lawrence, is always helpful to members of REVOLUTION when we travel to LDMA. Jessie fights for Chuck Norris' World Combat League and is a highly skilled Pro Kickboxer under Danny Dring. I have not yet mastered the skill of taking good pics of sparring, hence there is only a few.
