LDMA Women's Training Camp : A few women from across the US met at LDMA in Sherwood to have a training session for the IKF World Championships. On Friday night we did a lot of BJJ, followed by a day full of kickboxing and training. It ended with a hike up Pinnacle Mountain and dinner at Crazy Hibachi. Fun!

Renegade Cert 2.11.07 : This was our third time to attend a Renegade Certification. It was helt at Fitness Edge in Milford, CT. It was a lot of fun, and the area is nice. We gained a lot more knowledge to aid us as we work with the team members on their programs. Danny Dring with LDMA Sherwood also attended. On a side note, these were not my best photos, but at least it shows you some of what we were up to!

Renegade Cert 10.7.06 : This was our Second Renegade Certification. It was held in Milford, CT at the Fitness Edge. We had several LDMA Team members in attendance which included: Abby & Jory Malone, Danny Dring, Steve Snyder, Jeau Kung, and Tony, giving LDMA 6 Certified Renegade Coaches for our Organization. This was a 2 day event, lasting from early morning until evening. In the Renegade Portions,we learned a lot more about supplemental lifts, Olympic Lifts, nutrition, and developing programs for athletes of various sports. After the Renegade sections were over, we stayed for a Kettlebell Certification at night.

Renegade Cert in State College, PA 6.25.06 : Jory had been corresponding with John Davies for over 5 years about his Strength and Conditioning regimine. We finally got to attend one of his Renegade Training Certification Classes. It was held in State College PA. We learned so much about Strength and Conditioning that would prove to aid us in our own training and also training for our students. John Davies is one of the most knowledgeable Strength and Conditioing Coaches. He has consulted to NFL Teams, over 50 NCAA Teams and many Olympic Teams, amassing an enourmous array of championships. It is a pleasure to be able to work with him for the Strength & Conditioning program for our team!
